The company’s flexible approach and genuine focus on employees has led the employees to be more motivated and also focused on the job. The company has focused not only on the monetary needs of the employees but also on the personal needs at times like the maternity leaves, paternity leaves and several other similar cases. This flexible approach as well as the respect and equal treatment that the company provides to all of the employees are the cause for this high performance (Hamen). Here although the company does not specify the professional behavior, the mutual respect and the commitment of the employers is clearly the cause for the employees to behave and also commit themselves to the company to a greater extent.
